My coauthor, Lisa Pütz, also presented our joint work, "Detach to Thrive: Psychological Detachment from Work and Employee Well-being."
I also had a chance to explore Berlin.

Particularly, I was honored to receive a Best Paper Prize for my paper presented at the WIEM 2023.

It was great to present my paper "Worker Stress and Performance Pay: German Survey Evidence", which is coauthored with John S. Heywood and Uwe Jirjahn, at the SASE 2022 Annual Conference at the University of Amsterdam.
It was my first in-person conference as a PhD candidate. I also met Lisa Pütz for the first time in this conference, who is now my coauthor.
