Presented my paper entitled "Does Performance Pay Increase the Risk of Worker Loneliness?" at the biannual EuHEA Conference 2024, which was held at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Presenting my work - "Does Performance Pay Increase the Risk of Worker Loneliness?" - at the International SOEP User Conference 2024 in Berlin was a great pleasure.

My coauthor, Lisa Pütz, also presented our joint work, "Detach to Thrive: Psychological Detachment from Work and Employee Well-being."

I also had a chance to explore Berlin.

It was a pleasure to present my paper "Does Performance Pay Increase the Risk of Worker Loneliness?" at the COPE 2024 at the University of Zurich (UZH). COPE is one of my favorite annual meetings, with a highly constructive atmosphere.

Thrilled to have presented my paper "Does Performance Pay Increase the Risk of Marital Instability", which is coauthored with John S. Heywood and Uwe Jirjahn, at the CLEA 2023 Annual Conference at the University of Toronto (U of T).

It was also a pleasure to explore the beautiful city of Toronto.

I presented my paper "Overeducation, Performance Pay and Wages: Evidence from Germany" at the WIEM 2023 at the University of Warsaw. I met wonderful scholars from around the world and received constructive feedback.

Particularly, I was honored to receive a Best Paper Prize for my paper presented at the WIEM 2023.

It was great to present my paper "Worker Stress and Performance Pay: German Survey Evidence", which is coauthored with John S. Heywood and Uwe Jirjahn, at the SASE 2022 Annual Conference at the University of Amsterdam.

It was my first in-person conference as a PhD candidate. I also met Lisa Pütz for the first time in this conference, who is now my coauthor.
